In the workshop, one group developed the speculative idea »Green Living«. Here, they contributed their knowledge as an art historian, product and textile designer, business coach, and architect.
The speculation team imagines »Green Living« as a garment that might exist in 2050. It hugs the body like a corset and can be worn both day and night. The corset absorbs the body’s energy, such as heat or movement, and uses it to give the wearer a relaxing feeling of being hugged via small movements and tension.
»It can be used during sleep to calm a person who has nightmares, or else for a pleasant purpose in life, since we all need a hug.«
